There’s a few rules for honoring donation requests:

  1. The Fund request MUST come from an IEA member
  2. Requests MUST include a name and contact information of another member, school nurse, counselor, or principal who can verify the student’s need.
  3. Requests over $300.00 may require IEA Children’s Fund Board approval
  4. IEA Members are limited to $1000.00 per year.
  5. The Fund request cannot be used for rent or utilities, home improvements, funeral expenses, capital equipment, or create a contractual obligation.
  6. Some requests may be limited or denied based on IEA Children’s Fund policy.
